Each month We will adjust the Sums Insured and policy limits in line with the following:-

Buildings Insurance

The House Rebuilding Cost Index (prepared by the Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or an alternative index

We will not charge you for increases made to the Sums Insured and policy limits after index linking. However, at the end of each Period of Insurance, the renewal premium will be based on the adjusted Sums Insured and limits.
