Damage to Household Contents

We know that form filling is a real pain, but we do need you to let us have the details requested so that we can get on with dealing with your claim.

What should I do now?

Don't throw the damaged items away as we may wish to examine them. We have a range of specially selected suppliers who can arrange to collect and inspect damaged items. If we feel this is necessary, we will contact you following receipt of your claim details.

What will we do?

We will aim to settle your claim as quickly as possible and on receipt of your claim details we will contact you within 1 week.

Those items not repairable will normally be replaced through one of our specially selected suppliers.

It may be necessary for one of our staff or a Loss Adjuster to visit you. This is a normal claims procedure so please do not worry. We will let you know if this is necessary on receipt of your claim details.

How long will it take to settle my claim?

In the unfortunate event of you needing to claim on the policy, you will find our claims teams proffessional and efficient. We will however settle your claim as quickly as we can.
