Buildings Insurance

As a landlord your property, including outbuildings and fitted interior units, will be covered on the basis of full replacement or repair costs, subject to policy excesses, against loss or damage caused by:

• Fire, theft, vandalism, malicious damage, lightning, oil or water leakage, smoke, storm (other than gates and fences), subsidence, burst pipes, impact from vehicles, falling trees, animals, aircraft, aerials and masts, civil commotion and earthquake.

Contents Insurance

As a landlord whenever you rent or lease your property you can insure your contents on this policy, against fire and theft. This will include cover for furniture, household utensils, kitchen electrical goods and soft furnishings.

This is not a stand-alone cover and is only available as an additional section to a buildings insurance policy.

Home Emergency Cover

For only £49.50 per year (13.5p per day) we will provide you with Home Emergency cover. This will provide cover following sudden unexpected events to make sure your property is safe and secure, mains services are restored, further damage is avoided and during cold weather heating is restored. One call to the 24 hour helpline detailing the emergency is all you need do for an approved tradesman to remedy the situation.
